individual cremations

Orchard Pet Cremations only offer individual cremations. You will receive a signed cremation certificate confirming the date of cremation. We assure you we will look after your friend with the love and respect they deserve right up until the moment we return them to where they belong, with you.

Helping you decide on a return vessel

At Orchard Pet Cremations we are aware all individuals have different tastes and requirements. Some pets may have had a special place, and their owner wishes to scatter their ashes. Other owners may choose an urn to keep their beloved one close by, or jewellery items as a way of remembering their friend.

When deciding on a return vessel, It is essential for us to help you make the right choices. It is a very personal decision and has to be right for your loved one and for you. We will do our best to guide you and show you all the options available ensuring you have made the correct decision.

One to one service

Unlike large cremation services you will receive a one to one service. In most cases the person you meet on the day you lose your pet will be the same person who performs the cremation, transfers your pets ashes into your preferred return vessel and returns the ashes to you when you are ready to collect.

collection

Having been through the emotional trauma of losing a pet ourselves, we are very aware it is sometimes not physically or mentally possible for you to deal with transporting your loved ones to us after they have passed. With this in mind we are happy to offer a collection service. For £20* we will arrange a convenient time to come to your house or vets to collect your friend. Never letting them out of our sight until we get them back to you.

*£20 fee applies to 10 mile radius of Heath & Reach. A small cost per additional mile is applicable outside of this areas.

Pawprints

If you would like a paw print as a lasting memory of your friend just ask and we will take one using an Inkless Print Set. For an additional fee of £15.

Paw impressions

We are also able to produce a clay impression of your pets paw if you prefer a more tactile memory. They come in a display case at a cost of £40.00.
